Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  The scope of the renovation/remodeling of Building 1 increased due to ESE program needs and the condition of the building once the interior demolition had been completed.  Contractor:  M. M. Parrish Construction Company; Architect:  Paul Stresing Associates, Inc.

Approve the change order as submitted.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $75,993.00.  The substantial completion date is March 4, 2011.  Architect fees will increase by $4,559.58 as a result of this Change Order.
